Stress Management
I initially consulted Julie for sleep issues. When we started the sophrology sessions, I immediately took on to the gentle approach. The combination and the variety of exercises gave me the ability to deeply relax, work on my breath, while at the same time reconnect with myself. Julie was very good at taking feedback on some of the exercises and after about 3 sessions, she had identified the most effective ones.
I thought I had not been sleeping very well in recent weeks but with Julie's amazing listening skills, I found myself confiding in what turned out to be the real reasons behind my constant waking up at night which had actually been going on for well over two years. Most amazingly, after only one session, I slept through the entire night which had not happened for months.
We had about 7 sessions, usually in the evenings. I went on to sleep through the night and also regained energy. I learned some exercises which I could practice over a few minutes during the day when troubles would appear which later turned into powerful ways to fight stressful situations.
I then consulted Julie about 2 years later as a preventative exercise this time. I could see a potentially stressful situation arising and based on experience, did not want this to affect me. Julie accommodated 5 online sessions and offered to go further in the practice so that I could handle this on a long-term basis. This has proven extremely effective with no sleep issues anymore.
I am extremely grateful for the help Julie has provided. She is gentle, has amazing listening skills, is very patient and also knows when and how to work on areas we don’t realise are the real cause of the issues. I am still amazed at how effective the sessions have been, and I strongly recommend her.​

​Getting back on the horse!
​After a nasty horse-riding accident, I suffered from PTSD for several years before realising how deep my fear of riding again had become.
I had two hypnosis consultations with Stephanie. We focused on different elements and specific issues during each session. The first consultation was also followed by a Reiki session which I felt anchored the ‘new’ frame of mind.

Finding sleep again
​I had a Reiki session with Stephanie for general relaxation purposes. I was not sure what to expect and I found myself quickly relaxing my mind to the point I slept 4 hours as soon as I was back home (in the middle of the day!).​

Letting go

Birth preparation
​​I wanted to thank Julie for her help. I was having a lot of insomnia during my second pregnancy and she helped me to find a way to relax and rest with sophrology.
I also wanted to get ready before the birth as my first was traumatic for me. I've learned so much from her and I had an amazing positive home birth because of her. I was able to breath during each surges and I managed to breathe the baby out.
I even use sophrology with my 3 years old when he struggles to calm down!
